Aronian berries can be added to any of your existing fruit containing recipes. Simply substitute 1/2 of your recipes fruit for aronia berries to increase the nutritional benefits of your dessert.

Mix cornstarch in a little bit of water and add to berries and sugar. Cook, stirring constantly until desired thickness. Add more cornstarch if not thick enough. Add lemon juice.

Pour into bottom crust, dot with butter, make top crust to desired shape, lattice or whole crust.

Bake for 40 minutes at 375º F (190º C) or until crust is browned and berries are rising through."

1 1/2 cup rolled oats 375 mL.

Evenly spread the jam over the crumble. A thin layer is all you need.
